Initiate Your Request
Contact our client services team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and crating to ensure they are shielded from damage during the return transit.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid label; for oversized furniture, our team will coordinate a professional white-glove carrier to collect the item from your home.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
